- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch
- Next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri, excludes bank holidays)
- Highlands, Islands and remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only — the pallet is the customer's responsibility
